What we collect

Nothing personal from reading the site or using the checker. The checker runs in your own browser; what you type is checked on your device and never sent to us.

If you join the newsletter: your email address, nothing else.

If your AI app uses the HHH connector (the MCP server at /mcp): the search words or sentence it asks about, used once to answer and then dropped. Your address (IP) is read only to keep a short in-memory count for rate limiting; it is never saved or put in an answer.

Why we use it

Your email: only to send the newsletter. Connector requests: only to answer that one request. The rate-limit count: only to stop the connector being overloaded.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare hosts the site and the connector, and may keep its own standard security logs under its own policy. Buttondown holds newsletter addresses and sends the emails.

Lookups happen only when you click one: Wikipedia and Wikidata get that one sentence from your browser; Grokipedia lookups go through a small relay on this site that asks for one article title, keeps no record of who asked, and may cache the article for a day.

No ads, no selling data, no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Connector requests and the rate-limit count: not kept; the count lives in memory for about a minute. Newsletter addresses: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete yours. Cloudflare and Buttondown keep their own logs for as long as their own policies say.

Your controls

Unsubscribe from any newsletter email with one click, or ask us to delete your address. Disconnect the HHH connector in your AI app at any time; nothing of yours stays with us when you do. HHH is free to read with no account, and we do not knowingly collect anything from children.
